MAYAN_ALFA — NEON / SIMD PUBLIC NOTE
====================================

This file explains the publication role of the NEON / SIMD analysis layer.

The 01G workflow is an auxiliary system-analysis layer. It is designed to record
supporting observations about ARM64 / NEON and SIMD-related computational
behavior in the MAYAN_ALFA benchmark environment.

Recommended public wording:
  - NEON / SIMD system-analysis layer
  - ARM64 computational behavior observation
  - platform-specific diagnostic report
  - supporting optimization context

What this layer supports:
  - publication context for benchmark reports,
  - hardware/environment interpretation,
  - reproducibility discussion,
  - future optimization planning,
  - transparent documentation of auxiliary probes.

What this layer does not claim:
  - universal performance guarantees,
  - mathematical proof of prime-counting theory,
  - identical behavior across all hardware,
  - superiority beyond the documented benchmark context.

Release boundary:
Public packages may include sanitized diagnostic reports. Protected source
code, private registry data, internal heuristics and real [CONTROLLED_SCALE_REDACTED] controlled layer datasets
must remain outside public, GitHub, Zenodo, BRONZE and SILVER releases. [CONTROLLED_ARCHIVE_REDACTED] is
the only package layer that may contain protected validated [CONTROLLED_SCALE_REDACTED] archive data.

Publication discipline:
These files should be treated as supporting evidence, not as promotional
exaggeration. They are part of the observation-first methodology used by the
  MAYAN_ALFA research workflow.

Run summary:
  NEON bitmap scan status: OK
  SIMD NEON probe status: OK
