MAYAN_ALFA — 100M PUBLIC SUMMARY NOTE
====================================

This file provides publication-oriented context for the 100M benchmark layer of
MAYAN_ALFA.

MAYAN_ALFA is presented as an Independent Computational Observation Framework.
Its public materials are intended to document measured computational behavior,
not to make unsupported theoretical or sensational claims.

The 100M layer is used as a public-safe scaling checkpoint. It compares the
MAYAN_ALFA observation path with Miller–Rabin and primesieve reference paths
under the documented P0.7 workflow configuration.

Recommended public description
------------------------------
The 100M summary layer provides an auditable public scaling checkpoint for the
MAYAN_ALFA observation workflow. It records comparable benchmark outputs across
MAYAN_ALFA, Miller–Rabin and primesieve reference paths using a shared limit and
step configuration.

What this layer supports
------------------------
- public benchmark documentation,
- GitHub / Zenodo release context,
- QA and reproducibility review,
- scaling interpretation between 10M and larger public layers,
- comparison against independent reference paths.

What this layer does not claim
------------------------------
- It does not prove a new universal prime theory.
- It does not provide cryptographic assurance.
- It does not claim unconditional performance superiority in every environment.
- It does not expose protected MAYAN_ALFA core logic.
- It does not include controlled layer [CONTROLLED_SCALE_REDACTED] validation archive data.

Release boundary
----------------
This 100M layer belongs to the public-safe benchmark family when packaged through
the approved public release workflow and after leak-check validation.
