SILVER provides defensible publication and validation evidence. This is a results license, not a core technology transfer.

## 6. Collaboration and API (Separate Track)

Collaboration, integration, and API licensing are possible, but not part of the SILVER product and not part of the validated results bundle. They are handled separately under contractual terms.

MAYAN benchmarks in this release were run as a pre-optimization reference state, with intentionally disabled CPU/RAM/memory optimization in the measurement policy. The goal is a stable, reproducible baseline for future optimization comparisons.
